  4. Nice. The color scheme reminds me of the GM Cold Climate version.

  6. Tonzo - I used as much of the Astray frame as I could. exactly like I showed in the frame comparison post.

anon - yes i do. its my favourite colour.

gaijin g - i do have some spare parts but not many and i didnt use any for this. i am building the red astray now. not redux in my case since there was never a first one.

GG - yeah i can see that now that you mention it! that wasnt my intention tho. I like the gm cold climate colour scheme to be honest with you.

ja1s - thanks! wish there WAS a pg version of the iwsp. i'd pick it up in a second!

  7. And i will call him... HOT! That's a pretty good color scheme. the matte subtleness goes quite well with the Strike's design. Let's see some action poses :D

  8. Black + Red/Crimson = Awesome.

I like the decals too. Just the right amount (it is possible to have too much of a good thing).

I'd love to see it with a shield, in matching colours.

  9. Interesting choice of colour scheme. A black/grey tone with red inner frame. Not something I get to see very often. Good work there!

  10. z - i'm really liking the matte as well. im not a massive topcoat user but im thinking that it might be time for me to try using matte topcoat more. it gives it a more natural look imo.

jern - yeah i agree with you on the decals. some of the katoki designs go a bit over board. shield's done btw!

q - thanks! the whole thing kinda of came around by accident and i decided to run with it.
